Customer Service meeting successfully held in Singapore

Once again, in cooperation with DEUTZ Headquarter, the DEUTZ Asia Pacific Service team organized the 6th Customer Service Meeting. Invited were Service Managers and Engineers from the Distributors throughout Asia-Pacific.

Mr. Steven Low (Service Manager, DAP) and the DEUTZ AP Service Team were delighted to welcome around 30 participants from 14 different Distribution Networks within the Asian Region. Mr. Schmickler (Head of Technical Customer Support) and Mr. Kreuzberg (Key Customer Support) from DEUTZ AG came to Singapore to support this event. The meeting was held at our training center in Singapore from 18th to 20th September 2018. This was also an occasion where DEUTZ AP Service Partners gathered together as a big family reunion.

During these 3 days event, the team organized workshops, discussions about field case studies and sharing new developments. There was overwhelming response and high participation from the participants.

Mr. Schmickler lauded the good workshops and the strong participations from all. He also gained new knowledge because of the good response from the Distributors which can report in detail about the situation in the field.

In the end the meeting had benefited all the participants. Besides sharing know-how special interest was shown on the new Developments in DEUTZ AG. With this information imparted to our Service Partners, they are well equipped with knowledge of the DEUTZ products so that they can provide professional advice and support to the Customers.
