Ms. Farmer’s practice focuses on the areas of land use, zoning and real estate transactions.
Ms. Farmer received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public and Urban Affairs from Virginia Tech in 2003 where she was a Commonwealth Scholar. In 2006, Ms. Farmer graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland School of Law. After taking the bar exam, she served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Jillyn K. Schulze of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. In 2007 Ms. Farmer joined Armistead, Griswold, Lee & Rust, P.A.
Ms. Farmer is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, a member of the Talbot County Bar Association and serves as a board member of the Talbot Young Professionals.
